Your Massage Experience
Your experience will prove to be calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in the door.
Your therapist will take you a peaceful massage rooms with a comfortable massage table, clean and cozy sheets, warm blankets and soothing music. Hangers and shelves will be provided for your personal items. You will be given a few minutes to prepare and get comfortable, and your therapist will knock to make sure you are ready.
Your therapist will ask you what areas need attention if you need localized or total body treatment. Feel comfortable to communicate changes in your needs as the massage continues. If you have sensitive areas, please let them know so they can adjust the depth of the massage around those areas.
When your massage is over, your therapist will leave you to get dressed. It is encouraged that you drink plenty of water throughout the rest of the day to help alleviate any soreness or discomfort that can sometimes arise.
