Apex Health Spine & Sport believes in the value of care for you and your family toward the goal of achieving total health and wellness. That’s why we have created a pricing structure that is flexible enough to allow you to get the care you need, no matter your budget.

Most insurance plans are accepted at Apex Health Spine & Sport. We accept auto accident, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases. We accept most private health insurance plans as well as government insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and HIP.

For patients who have little or no insurance, we work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not cover certain aspects of your care, there are still ways for you to receive the pain relief and care that you need.
