Services

The right treatment starts with the right plan.

A broad treatment toolbox allows care to be matched to the patient, the condition, and the stage of recovery.
Care, not a formula

How services fit together

One plan. Multiple ways to support it.

Chiropractic care at Apex is not limited to spinal manipulation. Depending on the evaluation, a plan may also include myofascial therapy, stretches, exercise instruction, decompression, laser therapy, dry needling, electrical stimulation, or imaging.

Rehabilitation

Movement that holds the progress.

As symptoms settle, care shifts toward how you move. Functional rehabilitation uses targeted exercise and movement instruction to rebuild strength, control, and confidence, so that progress made in the office holds up at work, at home, and in sport. Which exercises are appropriate, and when, depends on the evaluation and the stage of recovery.

Supplement Guidance

Straightforward answers about supplements.

Patients often arrive with questions about nutritional supplements, or with a cupboard full of them. Apex offers guidance on supplements as one part of an overall care plan, based on an individual evaluation and on what a patient is already taking. Recommendations vary by patient. Supplements are not a substitute for medical care or for medication prescribed by another provider.

Custom Orthotics

Support built for your feet.

Foot mechanics affect the knees, hips, and low back as well as the feet themselves. Apex uses a digital foot scanner to capture the detail needed for custom arch supports, which are made to that scan and returned quickly. Whether orthotics are appropriate, and what type, follows from the evaluation.
